School.
It’s the most wonderful time of the year. Yay its back to school time! That’s right kids…get your lazy butt off that couch, turn off the television, and learn something new :::kicks the kids::: LOL! The only reason I’m so excited is because teenagers and kids in the street drive me nuts. I’m always like shouldn’t you be in school? Go educate yourself and stop being a pain in my butt! Is everyone happy to be in school again? Being an alumni I’m all like whatever about it. It’s just another month in the year for me. Although I miss school (just college) before that school REALLY sucked. College was fun…living on campus…spending time with friends whenever you want etc. That’s what I miss….college…minus the classes, teachers, tests, term papers, and studying LOL. I just miss being around friends. It’s like you graduate, enter the “real world,” and everyone is too busy to pick up the phone half the time. All the technology in the world….i.e. e-mail, IMs, text msging, which enables us to be even more lazy about calling people and we still DON’T FIND TIME! Unbelievable right?! Enjoy it while it lasts people before you know it your life will fly right by. School may suck, but meeting the friends and having a blast with those friends will make it worth while. Oh and since you’re out there making friends and all having fun…..do yourself a favor….LEARN SOMETHING! I don’t know maybe get some good grades, get a job, make yourself proud before making others. This way you don’t feel like you’re obligated for doing what you doing for someone else. Trust me you’ll feel good about yourself in the end. I fear where generations to come are going. I think the smartest generations is our time and before. 
It’s a scary thought. Education is not what it used to be anymore.

as an educator, and former ditcher, I don’t know, I think that some of my kids still want to make a difference and see themselves successfully in the future, which is a heck of a lot more than what i saw myself as!!! ha, boy those were the days… I’m so glad I learned quickly.
of course there are the exceptional few, but as a whole its still not much. what grade do you teach?
salaam, im starting university nxt week, freshers week now!! just people drinking so far, inshAllah the muslims will come out of the woodwork theyre all to knackered and hungry to make convo, College is so hyped up to be the best time of ones life, inshAllah it will live up to the expectation. BTW Ramadan Kareem, X.
