Salaams, Hola, Qui ahle, Ca va and Hiiiiii
Well this is my very first post as pakiRican, and well I think I might be the only one who responded, but oh well, I’m quite excited about it.
A little bit about myself,
I’m Pakistani & Puerto Rican, { as if the name didn’t give it away } with a brooklyn girl accent. I’m as normal as they come, (mikey don’t say a word!), and even nicer. I consider myself lucky having been brought up in 2 very different and diverse cultures. I love the fact that I have been exposed to so many things culturually and spiritually because it really allowed me to make decisions for myself.
I’m a graduate of a big school here in the city, however, my dream since as long as I could remember was to be an artist. I remember seeing the Camille Claudel movie and was floored, then I got to see her work in person and I thought I would die. My daytime job pays the bills while I dream at night about colored pencils, scrapbooking paper and sitting on a beach by myself.
I’m a fan of French culture and art, but I am a bigger fan of anything soulful which often conflicts with the “art for arts sake” sentiment.
I hope to keep you amused, my friends think that some things only happen to me, and well, I think they do sometimes. These little musings, I’m sure I’ll share.

ACTUALLY I DON’T KNOW WHY THIS STUPID THING DOESN’T WORK i posted a comment a few days ago saying it did offend me!!! who do you think you are?! i was talking about the FORUM not the BLOG! you never spoke on the forum! GENIUS! so watch what you say
actually you did offend anonymous paki you should watch what you say. i received a private email from this person stating so.
